The Report

The inspection report is thorough, comprehensive, and is produced in a PDF format. Difficult to understand issues are explained and summarized accurately and concisely, and are accompanied by a matrix report that itemizes the condition of every structural and operational detail.

Clients are encouraged to be present during the inspection, if possible, as the debriefing process can be extensive. Reports are e-mailed to you within 24 hours.

Many digital photos are included as an integral part of the report to document actual conditions and provide further details to the written report.
